Can't believe I haven't put up a review before now... I'm moving to Switzerland next week and Asado Life is the place I'll miss most in the Jax/St. Augustine area. Outstanding food, the freshest and highest quality ingredients, very creative recipes and prices that don't in any way match the value of what you're getting. Did I mention the outdoor live music Sundays? One of the absolute best things about living here.

The open fire cooking adds so much flavor and the smell alone entices your palate before you even sit down. Will definitely be back for dinner to obtain the whole dining experience.

Wow, it is hard to know where to start! One of the absolute best restaurants in town. But it also has an incredible location with an amazing view. Went for lunch but will return many times. Combinations and nuances of the thoughtfully designed dishes are unique and pleasing to the eye and the palate. Do yourself a favor and go!

Very nice. The front row setting close to the roasting grill is not the best due to the smoke and the loud conversations behind you from the outside bar. It is not easy to have our own conversation. Recommend sitting at the opposite side of the dining area. The food is excellent! The service was excellent. Atmosphere, know that this is a dining experience, the four course excellent meal, and the view is what make this a very nice dinning experience. Overall, it was very enjoyable. We did not get to walk the boat dock. That was our own decision.

It’s fire baby! What a fun dining experience in St. Augustine! The new waterfront location is beautiful! Check their website for the schedule, and make your reservation. The tomahawk bone in ribeye is my fav, but they also have a whole branzino, lobster, & vegetarian options. It’s all served with appetizers, salad, and a mouth watering dessert.

Germaine, the bartender, recommended this place to us. Beautiful scenery as you eat the delicious food. We ordered the trio and it was the best chicken I have ever had in my life. Make sure you buy some smoked salt and their chicken seasoning to bring home with you.

I am SO happy and satisfied with my visit here. The meat was cooked to perfection, and their facilities are extremely clean. Germaine was AMAZING too - my wife and I are from out of town and this man took his sweet time giving us awesome recommendations for the area. He was also super attentive and very skilled. Come here if you’re around!

This was an amazing lunch. The homemade bread. We had an amazing Corn Salad to start. The Lime Shrimp and Poblano Pepper & Steak were to die for. Our daughter had an enormous plate of fish and chips. Drinks were amazing. The view is awesome. We will be back to try more. The Cuban is on our list.
